Synthesis of binderless zeolite X microspheres and their CO
Binderless zeolite NaX microspheres composed of compactly packed and intergrown octahedral particles with a particle size of ca. 500–750 nm were prepared by the chitosan-assisted method in this paper. They exhibit a diameter of about 1.3 mm, a large surface area of 931 m 2 /g and moderate crushing strength (0.46 MPa).
